Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments.
• Proven experience in financial operating model transformation and financial process reengineering.
• Experience implementing financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).
• Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.
• Leadership skills, team management, and engagement with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and lead end-to-end design and implementation of Finance operating models (organization, processes, data, technology).
• Manage teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to align with client objectives.
• Drive digitalization and optimization of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) using automation and AI.
• Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.
• Advise CFOs and executives on diagnostics, business cases, and transformation programs.
• Drive innovation in AI and the Finance Reinvention capabilities.
