Accenture Spain is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end operating model redesigns for major clients from Madrid, operating in a hybrid model. You will spearhead ERP/EPM implementations and AI-enabled finance modernization while engaging CFOs and senior leaders to deliver tangible value.

Applicants should bring 7+ years in management consulting or financial advisory, deep experience in financial process transformation, and fluency in Spanish and English.

What you will do:

• Define strategy, design and lead the implementation of end-to-end Finance operating models (organization, processes, data, technology, and capabilities).
• Manage teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
• Drive digitalization and optimization of end-to-end finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and AI.
• Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps, including ERP, Cloud, Analytics, and AI copilots.
• Advise CFOs and executive committees on diagnostics, business cases, and finance transformation programs.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of our Finance Reinvention capabilities, particularly around AI and the future of Finance.

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments (Big 4, strategic consulting firms).
• Proven experience in:
• Financial operating model transformation.
• Financial process reengineering and digitalization.
• Implementation of financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).
• Advanced knowledge or strong interest in generative AI and agentic AI applications in finance.
• Leadership skills, team management, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
