Job summary

You will engage with CFOs and executives across Spain and internationally to shape finance strategies, operating models, and large-scale programs delivering sustainable outcomes. Hybrid Madrid office.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, Financial Advisory, Big 4 or equivalent senior advisory roles.
Proven track record leading complex strategy and transformation engagements from definition through execution.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead finance strategy and enterprise value engagements focused on performance improvement and transformation.
Advise CFOs and executive teams on operating models, finance transformation and cost optimization.
Define target finance operating models across governance, processes, data, and technology.
Develop strategic roadmaps, transformations plans, and business cases with quantified value.
Oversee redesign of core finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controlling).
Drive digital finance initiatives leveraging ERP, EPM, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Automation, AI/GenAI.
