Job summary

Accenture Spain is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end operating model redesigns for major clients from Madrid, operating in a hybrid model. You will spearhead ERP/EPM implementations and AI-enabled finance modernization while engaging CFOs and senior leaders to deliver tangible value.

Applicants should bring 7+ years in management consulting or financial advisory, deep experience in financial process transformation, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, or similar environments.
• Experience in financial operating model transformation and process reengineering.
• Experience implementing financial platforms (ERP, EPM, Cloud, Analytics).
• Strong leadership and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, design and lead end-to-end finance operating models.
• Manage teams and coordinate stakeholders to align with client objectives.
• Drive digitalization and optimization of finance processes leveraging automation and AI.
• Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps (ERP, Cloud, Analytics).
• Advise CFOs and executives on diagnostics, business cases, and finance programs.
• Drive innovation in AI and the future of Finance within the practice.
