• 10+ years of experience combining traditional finance with high-growth tech experience.
• Hands-on leadership across FP&A, accounting/controls, and financing/procurement.
• Ability to build scalable finance processes and a lean, AI-enabled team.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Finance team: recruit across FP&A, Finance Ops, and Procurement.
• Own planning and reporting: budget, forecast, actuals across all lines and geographies.
• Run month/annual close, external audit, and robust controls.
