Plenit is seeking a Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, treasury and reporting as the company scales across Europe and Latin America from its Madrid base. You will own FP&A, manage cash flow, and drive financial operations while partnering with department leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize spend.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in finance, SaaS or tech-focused, leading and developing teams.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling; manage planning & analysis.
• Experience in management reporting, KPIs, variance analysis and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience partnering with department leads to build budgets and monitor spend.
• Experience with pricing analysis, unit economics and revenue growth levers.
• Treasury experience: cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, debt facilities.
• Experience with monthly, quarterly and annual closings, tax coordination and external audits.
• Knowledge of Spanish and EU financial regulations; experience across jurisdictions.
• Experience implementing/optimizing financial systems and automating processes.
• Experience coordinating legal/compliance with external counsel across multiple markets.
• Experience supporting investors, boards and audits.
