Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of its partner, is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager based in Spain. You will lead regional financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will manage a team of analysts, develop financial models, deliver dashboards and Board presentations, collaborate with Product, Accounting and Investor Relations, and contribute to IPO readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, modeling.
• Strong financial reporting and variance analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting.
• Deliver executive reporting and dashboards for leadership.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Drive commercial and strategic analysis to support growth.
• Manage financial models and analytics across BI tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Accounting and Investor Relations.
• Improve financial systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Support IPO readiness initiatives.
• Lead and develop the regional finance team.
