Job summary

Plenit is seeking a Director of Finance to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury as we scale across Europe and Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will own financial planning, management reporting and day-to-day operations while mentoring the Finance team and coordinating across markets.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong FP&A, treasury and regulatory knowledge, bilingual in English and Spanish, with a degree in Finance or related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance roles, ideally SaaS/tech.
• Experience building and mentoring finance teams.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and modeling expertise.
• Experience with management reporting, KPIs, variance analysis.
• Strong business partnering across departments and senior leadership.
• Experience with treasury, cash flow, working capital and debt facilities.
• Experience coordinating legal/compliance across jurisdictions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling across markets.
• Lead cash-flow management, treasury operations and liquidity planning.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing, statutory reporting and audits.
• Develop and strengthen finance controls, systems and automation.
• Partner with COO and department leads to drive growth and cost optimization.
• Coordinate legal/compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.
