Joko is seeking a high‑level Finance leader to build and scale the finance function across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement. You will recruit and shape the team, establish processes, and drive transformation across France, Spain, and the US.

You will partner with the COO and co-founders on market expansion, investment choices, and business-line priorities, while leading investor relations and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of finance experience in a high-growth tech company.
• End-to-end ownership of a finance function (FP&A, accounting, cash, procurement).
• Hands-on leadership with a track record of building teams.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build and lead the Finance team across FP&A, Finance Operations, and Procurement.
• Own planning and reporting across multiple product lines and geographies.
• Run month-end close, controls, and IFRS consolidation as entities are added.
• Manage cash, financing, and multi-currency flows; liaise with banks.
• Structure multi-entity group with intercompany flows and cost allocation.
• Be the financial voice at the leadership table with the COO and founders.
• Support investor relations, model building, and fundraising prep.
• Drive cost efficiency and negotiate key supplier contracts.
• Leverage AI to automate reporting and data tasks; operate leanly.
• Coordinate with external partners: accountants, auditors, advisors.
