Fortinet, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for Spain to work with clients and partners remotely and onsite on medium- to high-complexity engagements.

The role focuses on implementing firewall and Fortinet security products, optimizing and operating services, and creating detailed technical documentation. The position requires a team player with strong communication skills and a structured approach to IT security solutions, with experience in architecture workshops and customer

Formación

• 10+ years of LAN/WAN/Internet consulting, support and/or administration.
• 6+ years of experience with Network Security Products.
• Experience as a Senior Professional Services consultant or engineer is a plus.
• Expertise in NGFW and at least two of the listed security technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a clear overall understanding of the customer engagement (objectives, scope, requirements).
• Participates in architecture design workshops and provides input as needed.
• Creates project documents: High-Level/Low-Level Design, Migration/Test Plans, SOPs.
• Contributes to scoping meetings and statements of work based on analysis.
• Ensures accuracy and storage of project documents.
• Performs deployment, configuration, testing and troubleshooting of Fortinet solutions.
• Assists customers through rollout, migration or go-live phases.
• Conducts knowledge transfer sessions for customer staff.
