Factorial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the technical contact for enterprise and strategic accounts, guiding from pre-sales through onboarding and production adoption. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and ensure a smooth go-live.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, design solutions, and coordinate end-to-end delivery while working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Formación

• Experience in technical consulting, implementations, or professional services in SaaS.
• Ability to lead customer conversations with confidence and deep debugging skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical workstream for enterprise accounts.
• Lead technical discovery, workshops, and solution design with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into an executable delivery plan with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Guide onboarding: configuration, data onboarding, integrations, testing, go-live.
• Act as escalation owner for complex blockers and drive resolution end-to-end.
• Build lightweight tools (scripts, validators, queries) for migrations and data cleanup.
