Viva.com, Europe’s leading fintech for business payments, is expanding its Direct Representatives Team. You will visit client sites to promote services, assist with activation, monitor portfolios, and provide hands-on support to merchants across Europe.

Fluency in English and Spanish, plus CRM experience, are required for success in a fast-paced, international environment. The role offers a permanent contract via an Employer of Record, an attractive performance-based bonus, and a comprehensive

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in business development in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services or payments.
• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and diary management skills.
• Resiliency and the ability to handle objections.
• Ability to deal with a diverse client base.
• Computer literacy and a tech mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Promote company services by visiting clients’ premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner.
