Viva.com in Spain seeks a results-driven Direct Representatives Team member to promote our fintech services at merchant sites, activate accounts, and provide on-site support.

You will visit clients, manage a growing portfolio, and use CRM tools to track activity while delivering compelling product demonstrations. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with travel across Barcelona and beyond.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Understanding of financial products / services features and advantages.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Strong organizational and diary management skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle objections in varied client scenarios.
• Ability to work with a diverse client base and communicate effectively in multiple contexts.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Promote company services by visiting clients’ premises.
• Assist merchants with verification and activation processes.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance.
• Provide in-person support and consultation for existing customers.
• Engage in system-scheduled and self-initiated activities.
• Ensure new merchants in the portfolio complete registration.
• Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage.
• Escalate issues by opening cases for unresolved problems.
• Present product features and benefits to clients persuasively.
• Travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
