Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited seeks a Field Support Representative – Level 1 to provide onsite IT support in office, manufacturing, laboratory, or distribution centre environments in Madrid. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows desktops, hardware/software troubleshooting, IMAC activities, IT asset management, printer support, and basic network connectivity.

You will work with multiple IT teams, vendors, and OEMs to resolve issues across desktop, shop-floor, and data centre contexts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on deskside or field IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Good hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with IMAC, break-fix, and end-user support.
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi) and compute/storage infrastructure.
• Good customer service, communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors and OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide IMAC services and break-fix support.
• Install, configure, image, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
• Support handheld devices, barcode scanners, tablets, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
• Provide hands-on support to other IT and infrastructure teams as required.
• Support manufacturing and laboratory IT systems and devices.
• Troubleshoot PCs connected to testing equipment and production lines.
• Work in cleanroom/manufacturing environments maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and OEMs to resolve high-priority issues.
• Perform rack-and-stack and data centre infrastructure support.
• Provide physical access and onsite assistance to vendors in IDF/MDF/MMR rooms and data centres.
• Support planned power shutdowns and maintenance for network devices and servers.
• Coordinate cable patching with vendors and infra teams.
• Provide basic LAN, Wi-Fi, voice, video conferencing, and printer connectivity support.
