You will drive commercial performance across your territory through strategic account management, customer engagement, and execution of sales and marketing plans. Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology with 5+ years of sales experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record managing territories, key accounts, account planning, targeting and segmentation.
• Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.
• Strong capability to utilize multiple customer engagement channels, including face-to-face, remote calls, approved emails, and digital platforms.
• Experience working as part of an alliance is highly desirable.

• Utilize both in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the broader organization.
