Regeneron seeks a Sales Representative to support the Spanish Respiratory business in a field-based role. You will drive commercial performance across your territory through strategic account management, customer engagement, and implementation of sales and marketing plans while collaborating with medical colleagues and cross-functional partners.

Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, execute brand strategy, and design territory plans aligned with national strategy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biology and 5+ years of sales experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record to manage territories, key accounts, account planning, targeting, and segmentation activities.
• Experience communicating scientific and commercial messages to healthcare professionals.

• Execute the brand strategy within the territory through high-quality scientific and commercial interactions.
• Design and implement territory plans aligned with the national strategy, leveraging data and market insights.

• Collaborate with medical and cross-functional teams to implement regional initiatives and programs.
• Utilize both in-person and digital channels to optimize customer engagement and brand presence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with the broader organization.
• Thrive in a newly established, high-performance environment while fostering collaboration both within and outside the company.
