Michael Kors in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-store and virtually.

The role focuses on coaching staff, driving sales through targeted clienteling, and maintaining strong client relationships while leveraging digital tools and KPIs to achieve business goals in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• Proven experience in retail leadership roles.
• Ability to coach and develop a store team.
• Comfort with technology and digital tools to enhance customer experience.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with retail KPIs and MS Office; proficient English (both oral and written).

• Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build accountability and performance.
• Assist management in onboarding and developing team members.
• Guide the team to deliver inclusive, high-quality customer experiences in-store and virtually.
• Maintain client communication using available clientelling apps and tools.
• Proactively manage client database to increase sales; set clear KPIs for the team.
