CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead a team providing administrative, process improvement and financial function support to senior technical leaders.

This role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, supporting maintenance and operations of equipment and systems. You will forecast workload, coordinate daily activities, and mentor staff while applying innovative methods to enhance service delivery and align with CBRE RISE values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast workload and project deliverables with technical leaders and clients.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee workload and deadlines of the support team.
• Resolve conflicts and priorities with business leaders.
