Bikini Hotel Es Trenc on Mallorca's south coast seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead day-to-day operations and develop a strong team across all F&B areas. You will manage 35+ staff and align with the Head Chef, while driving service standards and financial performance.

Formación

• Previous experience in F&B management, ideally within hotels or high-volume operations.
• Experience leading large F&B teams and middle-management structures.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to plan staff and holidays.
• Solid understanding of budgets, forecasts, cost control and KPIs.
• Experience with operational forecasting and systems integration.
• Hands-on mentality with big-picture focus.
• Excellent communication linking kitchen, service and hotel ops.
• Good English and Spanish; German or other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day F&B operation across all areas.
• Lead and develop the F&B team of 35+ employees with supervisors and Head Chef.
• Plan staffing, schedules, holidays and resources according to occupancy and events.
• Ensure Bikini and NENI franchise standards are met consistently.
• Own the department budget, monitor KPIs, and identify revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Head Chef on stock, costs and efficiency.
• Oversee events, weddings, and group activations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and Hotel Management for smooth operations.
