Hospitaliti is seeking a hospitality leader to join ROBINSON ESQUINZO PLAYA in Morro Jable. You will manage the restaurant, bar, beach locations, and other venues, delight guests with culinary highlights, and motivate your team to perform at their best while maintaining high quality.

The ideal candidate has hotel and catering training, at least two years in a management or team-leader role, strong communication and teamwork, creativity, a polished appearance, and fluency in German and English

Formación

• Training in the hotel and catering industry.
• At least 2 years experience in a management position or as a team leader.
• Communication and team skills beyond your own department.
• Creativity and solution orientation.
• Good manners and cultivated appearance.
• Fluent in German and English, ideally knowledge of the local language.
