Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including the restaurant, bar, events, and room service.
• Manage service standards, supervise and schedule staff, and coordinate menus/promotions with culinary team.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest feedback.
• Monitor inventory levels and control costs; support budgeting and revenue targets.
• Train and develop team members; maintain health and safety standards.
