The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the resort's Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Gold Standards. You will manage budgets, coach teams and drive revenue opportunities in a luxury hospitality environment.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a passion for service excellence and the ability to coordinate across Culinary, Rooms, Events and Revenue teams to deliver seamless

Formación

• Previous experience as an OutletManager or in a similar position overseeing complex operations.
• Proven experience managing F&B operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards.
• Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, bars, banquets and events.
• Ensure compliance with Gold Standards and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Lead and develop F&B teams with a guest-focused mindset.
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, budgets, forecasts and action plans.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Rooms, Events, Revenue and Marketing for seamless operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train and evaluate F&B staff.
