About the Opportunity
EVEREC is partnering with a leading European EV charging infrastructure operator to recruit an Expansion Manager for Southern Spain.
Our client is an established and rapidly growing business at the forefront of Europe's transition to sustainable mobility. With ambitious expansion plans across Spain and wider European markets, the company is investing in its charging network and seeking a commercially driven professional to identify, secure and develop new locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in site acquisition, property development, commercial real estate, retail expansion or EV charging infrastructure to play a key role in developing a high-quality network of charging locations.
You do not need to come directly from the EV charging industry. We are particularly interested in candidates with a strong track record of identifying commercially attractive locations, building relationships with property owners and negotiating site agreements.
This position offers a flexible working model, with candidates considered from Madrid, Seville, Málaga and surrounding areas.
During the first two to three months, the successful candidate will be expected to attend the Madrid office more regularly for onboarding, training and integration with the wider team.
Following onboarding, the working arrangement will become more flexible, with attendance at the Madrid office and travel across Southern Spain depending on business requirements and the candidate's location.
The role involves regular site visits and in-person meetings with property owners, partners and other stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to join an ambitious European business operating in one of the fastest-growing areas of the energy and mobility sectors.
You will have a direct impact on the expansion of EV charging infrastructure across Southern Spain, taking ownership of new commercial opportunities and helping secure locations that will support the future of electric mobility.
The position offers genuine autonomy, exposure to strategic commercial negotiations and the opportunity to grow alongside an expanding international organisation.
If you have experience in site acquisition, commercial property, retail expansion, real estate partnerships or business development, we would be interested in speaking with you.
This recruitment process is being managed confidentially by EVEREC. Further details about the hiring organisation will be shared with suitable candidates during the recruitment process.
