Job summary

EVEREC partnered with a leading European EV charging infrastructure operator to recruit an Expansion Manager for Southern Spain. The role focuses on identifying, securing and developing new locations for a high‑quality charging network across Madrid, Seville and Málaga, with travel as needed.

The candidate will lead site acquisitions, negotiate agreements, and build relationships with landowners, developers and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Experience in site acquisition, property development or related commercial roles.
• Proven track record identifying new locations and negotiating site agreements.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness to evaluate location viability and investment opportunities.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach with ability to build a opportunities pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and secure new locations for EV charging infrastructure in Southern Spain.
• Develop a pipeline of commercially attractive sites across retail, hospitality, commercial properties and roadside locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, retailers, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and secure site agreements.
• Assess locations based on accessibility, traffic, demand and viability.
• Manage opportunities from identification to agreement, coordinating with internal teams.
