Eranovum in Madrid is seeking a versatile professional to drive renewable energy project development from site origination to Ready-to-Build status, with involvement in construction and commissioning when required.

You will coordinate with authorities, landowners, and multidisciplinary teams, contribute to due diligence and negotiations with clients and investors, and help advance PV + BESS hybrid projects across Spain.

Formación

• 2–3 years in renewable energy project development.
• Experience with BESS and PV+BESS hybrid projects.
• Engineering degree (Industrial/Energy/Electrical)

Responsabilidades

• Lead development from site origination to RTB status for assets.
• Coordinate with authorities to monitor project status.
• Manage landowner relations, payments, and property docs.
• Support due diligence, M&A, and negotiations with clients and investors.

Eranovum is a fast-growing company on a mission to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy model rooted in Electric cars Charging Infrastructure, and renewable energy, specializing in the development of photovoltaic solar energy projects and battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Spain. We are currently in full expansion mode and looking to bring on board a professional with consolidated experience in the sector.

Job Description

We are looking for a versatile candidate to join a team focused on the project development phase—from site origination and land acquisition through to achieving Ready-to-Build (RTB) status for assets—while also supporting the construction and commissioning phases when required. Main responsibilities:

• Technical and regulatory development and tracking of PV + BESS hybridization projects
• Liaison with local, regional, and national authorities to monitor project status
• Contact with landowners affected by projects: tracking and monitoring payments, and managing all required documentation for notarization and Property Registry submission
• Support in due diligence processes, M&A, and negotiations with clients and investors
• Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (technical, legal, and financial)

Key Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in renewable energy project development
• Demonstrable experience in BESS and hybridization projects (PV + BESS)
• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Electrical, or similar)
• High level of English (essential for interacting with lenders and international counterparties)
• Solid knowledge of the Spanish regulatory framework applicable to renewable energy projects (grid access & connection, administrative procedures, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license

Desirable Qualifications / Nice to Have

• Previous experience in project finance processes and liaising with financing entities
• Knowledge or experience in the construction phase of PV plants and/or BESS
• Involvement in technical due diligence processes (project M&A/transactions)
• Experience in Data Center development
