Page Executive is seeking a Research Associate to focus on candidate generation, relationship building, and market intelligence, supporting Partners in delivering shortlists and data for pitches across practice areas. The role includes attending pitches, defining target lists, screening candidates and building pipelines.

You will contribute to revenue and service excellence by leveraging market knowledge, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating with teams across regions.

Formación

• Fluency to a professional level in English.
• Experience recruiting for Financial Services roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with on-site presence in Barcelona.
• Experience in agency and/or onsite recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Partners with business development, due diligence and execution of research assignments.
• Attend client/candidate meetings to capture key information and build long/shortlists.
• Develop market maps, salary benchmarking, and market insights.
• Register candidates in the database and produce documentation for assignments.
