Randstad Spain is seeking a driven recruiter to manage candidate communications, build a strong pipeline across logistics, industrial trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail, and deliver insights on market trends to help client growth.

You will support client pitches, handle contracts for compliance, and generate progress reports for leadership within Operational Talent Solutions while collaborating with sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients' growth and competitive edge
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Supports basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline
