Super is seeking a Global Leadership Recruiter to partner with our executive team across Europe. You will identify, attract and secure top-tier leadership talent aligned with our strategic priorities, reporting to the Global Director of TA.

This hybrid Madrid-based role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in direct executive search across technology, product, and commercial domains.

Formación

• Proven track record in direct talent search at leadership/executive level across tech, product, commercial, and corporate domains.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with senior leadership.
• Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in talent acquisition.
• Strategic mindset aligning hiring with business goals and values.
• Strong negotiation skills to influence decisions.
• Passion for building diverse leadership teams and inclusive hiring.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executive leadership to define leadership hiring needs and strategies.
• Sourcing: use advanced methods and networks to attract executive talent.
• Engage candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Provide market insights on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and competition.
• Analyze internal pipelines and external ecosystems to map future leadership needs.
• Manage stakeholders and report progress on pipelines.
• Drive diversity and inclusion in leadership hiring.
• Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs to improve processes.
