Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Development Project Manager to lead major projects in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. You will drive the full development lifecycle from concept to completion, including design, construction, and stakeholder relations.

The role requires a Master's degree and 10+ years in real estate development with a proven record of delivering multi-million Rand developments. Travel and high-impact leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in real estate development with at least 5 years in a senior PM role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-million Rand developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of major real estate development projects.
• Identify and evaluate development sites and opportunities.
• Oversee financial feasibility studies, budgeting and funding arrangements.
• Manage design, approvals, procurement and construction phases.
• Appoint and manage external consultants, contractors and service providers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with authorities, investors and communities.
• Mitigate risks and resolve complex project issues.
• Contribute to strategic direction of the development pipeline.
