Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a science related field.
• Graduate Degree preferred.
• Significant experience in strategic sales, global business development, or client relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial industry and drug development lifecycle.
• Experience leading negotiations and master service agreements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel willingness to 60% for client engagements and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead global business development across high-value accounts, driving growth.
• Identify and pursue enterprise-level opportunities, MSAs, and strategic alliances.
• Develop multi-year strategic growth plans for key global clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-centric solutions.
• Manage CRM records, forecasts, and executive-level client communications.
• Represent Syneos Health at industry events and client meetings to expand opportunities.
