Formación

• Significant experience in structured finance, structured working capital, asset-based lending, trade finance, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated origination, client coverage, relationship management, sales, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions.
• Strong knowledge of receivables finance, inventory finance, warehouse facilities, borrowing base structures, securitizations, and alternative financing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead origination, sales, and regional development of Structured Working Capital opportunities across corporate, sponsor-backed, fintech, and platform clients.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market penetration and drive new business.
• Serve as primary client-facing advisor, building relationships with CFOs and other senior executives.
• Structure, negotiate, and execute working capital and asset-backed financing solutions, including receivables finance and securitization-adjacent structures.
• Partner with Trade Sales and Banking Coverage to identify opportunities and deliver off-balance sheet financing solutions.
• Act as Deal Team Captain, coordinating Credit, Risk, Legal, Product, Operations, and Banking partners.
• Lead financial and collateral analysis, including cash flow modeling and underwriting support.
• Prepare and present transaction recommendations and client proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Maintain market intelligence on regulatory developments, capital markets trends, and structured finance opportunities.
• Ensure transactions adhere to risk appetite, governance standards, and control frameworks.
• Collaborate across Payments, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Markets, and other product partners to deliver integrated client solutions.
