Job summary

Santander CIB Trade & Working Capital solutions is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager based out of Madrid. You will identify and establish long-term partnerships, translate market needs into joint business plans, and lead end-to-end execution across cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong experience in Trade Finance/Working Capital, fluent English, and a proven track record in partnerships, business development, and project management. Madrid-based with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, Working Capital Solutions or related field.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish and develop long-term relationships with strategic partners for Trade Finance and Working Capital Solutions.
• Develop partnership strategies and joint business plans aligned with Santander's objectives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives with partners across product, technology, risk and operations.
• Own commercial performance of partnerships with defined revenue targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate across international teams to drive global initiatives.
