Job summary
Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Real Estate VP based in Madrid. The role entails underwriting and structuring CRE opportunities, liaising with Loan Origination and Capital Finance teams across Europe, and leading pricing, syndication, and sell-down efforts in both primary and secondary markets.
You will attend client meetings, present to stakeholders, and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver de-risked financing solutions,
Qualifications
- Relevant CRE experience (Loan Origination and/or Syndicate or CRE Debt Advisory) required
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Postgraduate studies (MBA or equivalent) considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Underwrite and structure opportunities for Corporate & Commercial Real Estate
- Coordinate with Corporate Loan Origination, CRE Loan Origination and Principal & Capital Finance teams across Europe
- Attend meetings with clients and investors, present credit and underwriting analyses
- Manage underwriting, syndication and sell-down processes in primary and secondary markets
