Job summary

Executive Integrity is seeking a Director of Debt & Structured Finance to originate, structure and close complex financings for renewables and infrastructure. You will negotiate with international lenders and investors, build multi-structure financial models, and present strategies to Investment Committees.

Based in Madrid, you will lead a small structuring team, oversee post-closing monitoring, and collaborate with origination, investment, and asset management teams across Europe and Latin

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in project or structured finance, with origination and execution ownership in renewables or infrastructure.
• Track record closing financings with banks and institutional investors across multiple markets, ideally Iberia and Latin America.
• Strong financial modelling skills including debt sizing, covenant testing, and scenario analysis.
• Experience preparing and presenting to Investment Committees and leading negotiations end to end.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, negotiate, and close project and corporate financings across solar, storage, and hybrid assets.
• Lead negotiations with lenders, investors, and counsel through to financial close.
• Build and oversee integrated financial models for PV, BESS, and hybrid assets.
• Structure mezzanine, HoldCo, and multi-tranche capital arrangements and model returns.
• Prepare investor materials and present financing strategies to Investment Committees.
• Own post-closing monitoring including cash forecasts and covenant management.
• Support M&A activity: portfolio acquisitions, SPV due diligence, and source/uses design.
• Collaborate with origination, investment, and asset management teams; mentor structuring staff.
