Banco Santander SA is seeking an SCIB Sales-Structuring Executive Director based in Madrid to lead end-to-end back-leverage transactions and to drive structuring excellence across EMEA. The role requires coordinating with trading, sales, legal and risk teams while delivering complex financing solutions with a disciplined risk framework.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in structured finance, strong origination and underwriting experience, and a Master in Finance or equivalent.

Formación

• 10+ years in structured finance, structured credit or related fields in EMEA.
• Proven ability to originate, structure, negotiate and manage transactions with disciplined risk management.
• Master in Finance or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end back-leverage transactions, non-recourse or partial-recourse.
• Coordinate with trading, sales, legal and risk functions across regions.
• Ensure rigorous risk controls and execution quality throughout the deal process.
