CAVËN, a luxury automotive lifestyle brand, seeks an experienced events leader to own end-to-end strategy and flawless execution of exclusive experiences including driving experiences, tours, concours events, galas, product launches and member gatherings.

You will architect concepts, manage budgets, and build a premium network of venues and partners, delivering world-class hospitality to members, collectors, partners and VIP guests.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 8+ years experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Additional experience in high-end event production is highly valued.
• Experience with UHNW clients & luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on and highly organised; must be comfortable working independently.
• Confident in managing suppliers, contracts, negotiation & financial reports.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively and work flexible hours based on event schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and flawless execution of exclusive events, including driving experiences, international tours, concours events, gala dinners, product launches, and member gatherings, setting the standard for excellence across the portfolio.
• Architect comprehensive event concepts, project plans, production schedules, and operational timelines, anticipating risks and ensuring seamless delivery at every stage.
• Build and manage a strategic network of premium venues, luxury hotels, suppliers, travel providers, production partners, and specialist agencies, overseeing more than 45 events annually with a strong focus on flagship experiences.
• Set the quality standard for all external event agencies and production partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand's highest level of execution.
• Take full ownership of event budgets, from financial planning and supplier negotiations to expenditure tracking and detailed reporting to senior leadership.
• Define and elevate the end-to-end guest journey, delivering a world-class hospitality experience for members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests.
• Shape the strategy and execution of recurring community events such as Cars & Coffee, Morning Drives, private member gatherings, and networking experiences, building long-term member engagement.
• Work in close partnership with the Marketing team to ensure every event strengthens brand identity, maximises media exposure, and drives member engagement at the highest level.
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, translating company vision into world-class experiences and setting the benchmark for quality across every event and touchpoint.
