CAVËN, a luxury automotive lifestyle brand, seeks a senior client relationship professional to manage high‑profile guests, members, partners and VIPs across invitation‑only experiences in Marbella and globally.

You will own VIP hospitality before, during and after events, ensure flawless service, and drive growth by nurturing key relationships, referrals, and long‑term engagement. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus; high discretion and diplomacy are required.

Formación

• 8+ years in client relationship management, luxury hospitality, premium customer service, or business development.
• Experience with UHNW clients, partners, collectors, or members at high levels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow long-term relationships with clients, members, collectors, partners, and VIP guests.
• Serve as senior point of contact for high-profile clients, handling enquiries and follow-up with discretion.
• Lead coordination of VIP hospitality and client experiences before, during, and after events.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, referrals, and converting prospects into members or clients.
• Partner with Events, Marketing and Business Development to strengthen engagement and partnerships.
