Squad Placements in Marbella is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead planning and execution of luxury automotive and lifestyle events across Spain and Europe.

You will oversee budgets, vendor management, timelines, and guest experience for high-profile events, supported by an Events Coordinator.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; travel and hands-on leadership are expected to deliver world-class experiences for UHNW clients.

Formación

• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within the automobile industry.
• Experience with UHNW clients and luxury hospitality preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours for major events.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of major events (Driving Experiences, International Trips, Launch Gala).
• Create detailed event timelines, logistics plans, and production schedules.
• Source, negotiate, and liaise with premium vendors, venues, travel providers, hospitality partners, and agencies (45+ events/year).
• Collaborate with external agencies to curate major events internationally.
• Oversee budgets, track spending, and deliver cost reports for each event.
• Ensure a white-glove guest experience from start to finish.
• Supervise Events Coordinator & Executive Assistant for smaller events.
• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to align events with brand strategy.
• Work with CEO to align on vision, standards, and execution.
