Jobtailor seeks a senior operations leader in Barcelona to drive operational excellence and high-quality event delivery across multi-country teams. You will manage P&L, optimize processes, and coach Team Leaders to foster a high-performance culture while leading transformative initiatives and serving as a senior escalation point for major clients.

• 10+ years in event agency operations/production.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Italian is a plus.
• Proven experience managing large multi-layered teams across multiple countries.
