Job summary
Exicom is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Europe, remote within the EU. You will support European distributors and installers, pre‑sales and post‑sales, ensuring training, responsiveness and successful installation of Spin Air chargers.
You bring electrical/electronics engineering, 5+ years in technical sales or support for EV charging, and fluent English plus a regional language; willingness to travel up to 40% is expected.
Qualifications
- Must have electrical or electronics engineering degree or electrician qualification.
- 5+ years in technical sales, application engineering or technical support for EV chargers or similar installer-sold products.
- Hands-on knowledge of low-voltage AC installation: protection, earthing and load management.
- Working knowledge of charger connectivity and OCPP.
- Experience training installers and working with distributors in Europe.
- Fluent English plus a regional language and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to European distributors and installers during and after sales.
- Assist sales with technical presentations, demos, and responses to technical questions.
- Prepare technical proposals for commercial and multi-charger sites (power, load management, protection, backend integration).
- Prepare technical responses to tenders and RFQs with compliance and certification documents.
- Train distributor sales teams on products and features.
