Amazon España is seeking an Electric Vehicle Charger Escalation Specialist to maintain and optimize our global EV charging network. You will monitor chargers, respond to alarms, and coordinate with vendors and field teams to minimize downtime.

You will work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment, coordinating technicians and vendors, handling technical reports, quotes and invoices, and contributing to training and process improvements.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical support, escalation management and related roles.
• Experience working in a 24/7 environment.
• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Experience in the Electric vehicle charger industry or related industries.
• Proficiency in other languages.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor the performance of EV charging stations worldwide and identify issues.
• Respond to alarms, trouble tickets, purchase orders, and invoices following SOPs.
• Serve as point of contact for customers in the field and escalate issues to vendors or teams.
• Maintain detailed records of issues, escalations and resolutions; use reports to track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Develop and improve training materials to enhance troubleshooting skills.
• Recommend process improvements based on issue analysis.
