Job summary

BYD Company in Spain is seeking an European Sales Training and Sales Excellence Specialist to deliver the European sales training plan, turn priorities into practical programs and support implementation across markets.

The role combines hands-on training delivery, content development and close collaboration with national training teams, to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills and training consistency across the European retail network.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; additional European language an advantage.
• Experience in automotive training, product training or retail capability development.
• Proven ability to train adults across multiple markets and cultures.
• Strong knowledge of automotive retail, electrification technologies and sales processes.
• Experience developing training materials, assessments and digital learning content.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of the European sales training plan across markets.
• Deliver product, technology and sales skills training to national trainers, internal teams and retail audiences.
• Prepare and deliver Train the Trainer programs for local markets.
• Provide on-site support to markets with limited training capacity.
• Track delivery actions and report progress to the Manager Sales Training Europe.
