MultiSafepay is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of payment acquiring and orchestration solutions across Europe, with Spain as a core market. You will combine direct sales and strategic partnerships to serve merchants in commerce, hospitality, and travel, helping them scale through online and omnichannel payment solutions.

The role requires building partnerships, navigating regulatory landscapes, and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in payments or related sectors.
• Ability to grow strategic accounts through strong communication.
• Independent, self-driven approach with a track record of breakthroughs.
• Good knowledge of the payments industry, online payments and merchant acquiring.
• Ability to see the overall strategic picture and break it into actions.
• Ability to inspire teams to work collaboratively toward mutual goals.

Responsabilidades

• Expand payment acquiring and orchestration collaborations with top merchants into new verticals.
• Define and achieve the business plan for development among Europe-headquartered merchants.
• Raise industry awareness and increase impact of our payment solutions.
• Secure support from senior management at leading key accounts for partnerships.
• Address regulatory concerns and ensure operations comply with evolving rules.
• Translate local insights to lead cross-functional teams and drive synergies.
