Mastercard Data & Services in Madrid is seeking aSenior Managing Consultant, Services Business Development to drive growth with financial institutions, merchants, fintechs, and governments. You will shape strategy, identify key opportunities, and create customized solutions in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment.

The role requires deep payments expertise, leadership, and fluency in Spanish and English, with an undergraduate degree and a track record from top consulting or digital firms.

Formación

• Experience from a top-tier consulting or digital firm.
• Payments/banking expertise and executive-level experience with financial institutions is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial sense.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Spanish and English professional proficiency; additional languages valued.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the Data & Services growth strategy for Spain and execute against it.
• Identify the most critical client or market challenges to uncover new opportunities.
• Leverage Mastercard Data & Services capabilities to craft customized solutions.
• Write structured, persuasive proposals and present to clients.
• Develop strong senior-level client relationships and partnerships.
• Align efforts with Mastercard core team for sales success and overcome external obstacles.
• Collaborate with local project teams to ensure project quality and identify follow-up opportunities.
