Shipsy is expanding in Europe, building AI-led logistics solutions for enterprise buyers. You will own the full go-to-market strategy across segments, shape deals, and define the European team as it grows.

You'll lead multi-stakeholder engagements with operations, technology, and executives, translating field insights into roadmap inputs and collaborating with Marketing and SDR teams to build a strong pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of enterprise SaaS go-to-market with large, consequential deals.
• Experience selling to enterprise buyers in logistics or supply chain tech.
• Ability to define regional strategy and build scalable GTM concepts.

• Own Europe's revenue and GTM strategy from segments to deals.
• Lead multi-stakeholder engagements with operations, technology and executives.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed field learnings into roadmaps.
• Partner with Marketing, Demand Gen and SDR to build a data-driven pipeline.
• Shape AI-in-logistics conversations to position Shipsy as a market leader.
• Build and evolve the European regional team over time.
