Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead based in Spain to drive complex integrations for enterprise customers on our global eCommerce and shipping platform. You will own the implementation lifecycle from discovery through go-live, designing architectures and guiding API integrations across systems.

You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Developers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure clear scope, timelines, and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or a comparable customer-facing role.
• Expert, hands-on knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms (OAuth 2.0, SSO, API keys).
• Proficiency with JSON, data mapping, and SQL; experience using testing tools like Postman or Insomnia.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise integrations from discovery to go-live and handover.
• Define architecture, APIs, endpoints, and data mapping for integrations.
• Prepare statements of work and manage scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Developers, Product, and Customer Success.
