Job summary

Air Products is seeking an Accounts Payable Intern for our European team in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona area, starting January 2027 for six months. You will assist with invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and SAP VIM usage in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role emphasizes English fluency, Excel/Word proficiency, and collaboration across European teams; exposure to E‑Doc and SAP integration projects is possible during the internship.

Qualifications

• The student will support the European Accounts Payable Team.
• Experience with Excel and ERP SAP is beneficial.
• English fluency required; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Give support to the discrepancy team during the projects of 2026: Edoc implementation (in Germany, Slovakia, Spain), Belgium implementation.
• Improve and create documentation of process changed.
• Suggest resolution of errors and correct the errors.
• The student can develop other skills like Excel, communication at European level, customer support, team work, ERP SAP application, admin tasks, continuous improvement on efficiency.
