Job summary

Brown-Forman in Barcelona is hiring an Invoice to Pay Analyst to serve as a business partner within the Europe GBS structure, focusing on accounts payable and T&E processes for the Italy market and supporting other European countries. You will maintain vendor data, process payments, and ensure controls and reporting accuracy.

The role requires SAP/COUPA experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Italian and English.

Qualifications

• Education: College/University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills with internal/external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with international currencies, taxes, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices using Coupa and SAP.
• Research, analyze, and resolve invoice errors and vendor issues.
• Maintain communication with customers and provide COUPA/Concur training.
• Perform vendor master data maintenance and monthly payments.
• Support monthly closings and VAT/tax reporting.
