Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategies across Europe, focusing on HVAC-R refrigeration applications. You will translate market insights into value propositions and support product roadmaps through close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and R&D.

The role requires a technical degree and at least 5 years in segment marketing or related fields, with strong English communication and matrix organization experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Thermal, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in segment marketing, product management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC-R technologies and applications, preferably refrigeration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English with ability to collaborate internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration.
• Translate market insights and customer needs into compelling value propositions.
• Gather market intelligence and VoC feedback to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing Communications to craft messaging and engage customers.
