Job summary

Tecumseh Products Company is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen its global sales footprint in a 100% remote role. The candidate will lead international growth across Iberia and neighboring regions, travel regularly, and engage distributors, OEMs, and partners.

The position demands a strong technical background in refrigeration/HVAC, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-market sales networks.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in international sales within a technical B2B environment.
• Mandatory experience in refrigeration/HVAC/cooling industries.
• Proven success building and managing sales and distribution networks.
• Strong technical understanding to present complex products.
• Experience with OEMs and distributors is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent English; proficiency in Spanish an asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally; independent and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement international sales strategies across markets.
• Build and expand network of partners, distributors and OEM customers.
• Identify new opportunities and develop new markets.
• Promote Tecumseh product portfolio to customers and partners.
• Conduct customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Lead and develop sales teams toward business objectives.
• Coordinate technical seminars with Application Engineering.
